Terneo sneg: Smart anti-icing and snow melting system that takes into account all weather conditions. Meet terneo sneg – an intelligent thermostat designed to effectively combat ice and snow drifts. This device is the ideal solution for preventing icicles and snow from forming on the roof, as well as for heating sidewalks and roads, thereby avoiding ice. The special feature of terneo sneg is its ability to work not only with a temperature sensor, but also with a precipitation sensor (for example, the separately purchased terneo OSA), ensuring maximum efficiency.

Maximum efficiency and savings
● Intelligent control: Optimal operation of the system is guaranteed by a combination of data from temperature and precipitation sensors. Heating is activated only when the air temperature is in the snow melting range and there is actual snow to melt. This ensures significant energy savings, turning on the system only when it is really needed.
● Forced heating: Do you need a quick result? Turn on heating manually from 0.5 to 9 hours, regardless of the sensor readings. The screen displays a countdown to the end of the cycle.
● Post-heating function: After the precipitation sensor stops recording snow, the system continues to operate for a set time (from 0.5 to 9 hours). This ensures complete melting of the snow and drying of the surface, preventing re-icing.

Ease of operation and safety
● Easy to set up: The thermostat is controlled using just three buttons. The digital screen provides complete information: air temperature, precipitation sensor readings, moisture resistance on its surface, as well as system messages, ensuring easy navigation.
● Easy installation: Installation of terneo sneg is extremely simple - the device is mounted in an electrical panel on a standard 35 mm wide DIN rail. ● Reliable protection: The thermostat is equipped with an overheating protection system: when the temperature inside the housing rises above 80 °C, the heating automatically stops and is restored only after it drops to 65 °C.

Universal compatibility
terneo sneg is compatible with most heating cables available on the market. It works with both analog (R18) and digital (D18) temperature sensors, providing flexibility in choosing the components of your system.
